Week end progress

May is a week old (ok, 8 days to be precise) and it’s time for a progress report. How is Mad May going?

To recap, my goals for May are

1. Ride 828 kms in May. So far I’ve had 5 rides for 205.64kms

2. Run 100kms in May. Month to date: 25.74kms including two 10km runs.

3. Hit 85kgs by months end. Current weight 87.7kgs

4. No chocolate, biscuits or desserts in May. Fail. I’ve had a handful of smarties, two biscuits, a snake and a fantale. Considering my usual dietary habits, that’s actually very good for me.

5. 50 consecutive sit-ups, 75 consecutive push-ups. Current record: 20 situps, 53 push-ups.

All in all, a good week.
