End of Week 2

So that’s week 2 of my Marathon Training Program complete. For once, getting out for a run was easy. The sun was shining and it was a glorious afternoon. My usual 10km loop became an 11km loop courtesy of an extra lap of my street at the end. In the end, a comfortable 11.1km at 11km (5m27s/km) which is above my race pace of 5m41s/km.
