Recovery (at last)

Finally, some relief.

My legs have been feeeling a lot better today, so I wandered down to the shed for a run on the tready. I had planned on an easy 10kph for a hour at zero incline. Feeling good after the first ten, I ramped it up to 12kph for the next ten and then stretched out some more, doing the 3rd 10minute block at 14kph. The back half of the hour was a block at 12 and then two more at 10kph.

The point of today was just to stretch out my legs and loosen them up a bit. Zero incline on the treadmill is just the thing for that.

If the weather cooperates tomorrow, I’ll get back on track with the scheduled 19km run.
